Account Director
The Account Director has overall strategic responsibility for the client, co-ordinating
all resources and activities, ensuring that our promised service is delivered
(exceptionally!) and making quarterly reviews relevant, useful and beneficial
Claims Management
Claims fuel premium and represent bottom line loss. This demands hands on management
and control. Our external claims managers ensure you are always aware of what is going
on with each claim, particularly through our system of quarterly claims reviews. In the event
of a complex or major loss, our ex-loss adjusters step in to your shoes to take away
any worry and ensure that claims are dealt with promptly and equitably.
Property Surveyor
Fire and security issues feature strongly in many clients’ list of risks and threats they face.
Our qualified surveyor is on hand to guide and advise you on property damage and security
matters, ensure that surveyors from insurance companies do not impose unreasonable
capital expenditure on you and he produces reports that help us sell risk through to Insurers.
Additionally, our surveyor is NEBOSHH qualified, allowing him to provide a similar service for liability risks
Health and Safety Management
Our clients spend a great deal of time and money complying with an ever increasing burden
of health and safety regulations. Our health and safety audits identify any shortfalls you
may have and are also a great tool to sell risk through to Insurers - subsequent premium
reductions can at least be pointed to as a return on your high investment.
Account Administrator
Working very closely with your Account Director, your dedicated Account Administrator provides
year round support for your insurance programme, ensuring that everything runs efficiently and
being on hand to assist you with any queries you may have.
