Claims Management

and control. Our external claims managers ensure you are always aware of what is going
on with each claim, particularly through our system of quarterly claims reviews. In the event
of a complex or major loss, our ex-loss adjusters step in to your shoes to take away

Property Surveyor
Fire and security issues feature strongly in many clients’ list of risks and threats they face.
Our qualified surveyor is on hand to guide and advise you on property damage and security
matters, ensure that surveyors from insurance companies do not impose unreasonable
capital expenditure on you and he produces reports that help us sell risk through to Insurers.
Additionally, our surveyor is NEBOSHH qualified, allowing him to provide a similar service for liability risks

of health and safety regulations. Our health and safety audits identify any shortfalls you
